The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a startup environment, as a senior developer, architect and team leader. Ideal areas of focus are consumer mobile, fintech, eCommerce and social.

The core responsibilities include leading a small team of client (native mobile) and backend engineers, while remaining hands-on and taking an active part in technology research, architecture and system design.

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a team of top tier product managers, business leaders and silicon valley investors + it could quickly expand into a much larger role.

Our product is a mobile consumer app. We are looking for a senior developer who can serve as a tech lead and can manage a small team of 3-4 other developers, while remaining hands-on and doing some of the coding work.

Requirements:

Able to manage the end-to-end execution and delivery of the product.

Experience working on consumer products, startup environment, small teams and agile delivery (someone who only has enterprise or backend experience will not be a good fit)

Expert in at least one (or more) of the following areas: Node.Js, Native iOS or at least objective C, native Android development, APIs implementation, data models, SDKs integration.

Good understanding of full-stack technologies, front end and back end in a mobile environment. Doesn’t need to be an expert in all full stack areas, but should be an expert in one area and know enough to be able to manage the work done in other areas.

HUGE bonus – able to communicate in Russian (a few of our Eng team members speak Russian)
