Junior Data Analyst (offline)

Our aim is to provide Hiring Managers with timely support and skilled candidates to join various GlobalLogic projects. TAG Operations Data Analyst will provide the management team with data and insights in order to help in strategic/business viewpoint.

Requirements:

- Higher education in Math, Statistic, Finance or similar areas
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheet skills (Pivots, basic Power Query/Apps Scripts)
- Experience in analyzing data and drawing valuable insights from it
- Experience in working with different ERP and CRM systems, ability to read/create SQL scripts
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Upper-intermediate written English language skills
- Any BI or Python for data analysis are a big plus

Preferences:
- SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheet skills (Pivots, basic Power Query/Apps Scripts)

Responsibilities:
- Keeping internal databases up to date and daily support of the existing reports
- Working closely with recruitment managers on ad-hoc data requests
- Analyzing and providing insights on the company staffing activities and projects (General results, Recruiters’ performances, Candidates’ lifecycle and more)
- Market Overview and competitors’ analysis
- Participating in be-weekly/monthly newsletters preparations.
- Developing dashboards/reports for a variety of staffing needs
