QA Engineer with Networking Experience (offline)

Skybox (www.skyboxsecurity.com) is looking for a talented QA Engineer to be part of the QA Team. Members of the Team test a highly complex product requiring a high-level understanding of Networking and Cyber Security.

Responsibilities:
- Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for new network devices/features modeling
- Build and execute test cases and test suites
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
- Estimate, plan and coordinate testing activities within the scrum team and with the automation team
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
- Planning and creating automation test to cover tested features

Desired skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience in network protocols: OSPF, BGP etc., including the ability to install and configure network devices (Router, Firewall, etc.) from major vendors (CISCO, Palo alto, Check-point etc.).
- Some experience in manual software testing of enterprise-grade, client-server software products
- Knowledge and understanding of Cyber security, related risks and mitigation technologies

Would be an advantage:
- Previous experience in scripting languages (Python/Perl/Bash)
- Previous experience with Agile
- Experience with test automation
- BSc. in computer science or an equivalent engineering field
