Data Architect Offline

In general, a person who plays this role will be a key expert helping us to grow and scale our data-related expertise.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Define the technical product strategy and road map;

- Interacting closely with a development team by leading product development and customer integration activities;

- Elicit business needs and requirements, determine the scope, team, and timelines for our new Data Warehouse Project;

- Collaborate with our data development team either external providers to defining future-state data schema, model and flow;

- Creation of process and tools for master data management;

- Designing a data quality control system;

- Verify the stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of existing and new data architectures;

- Provide mentorship, technical expertise, and recommendations on the current and emerging data strategies and platform trends to our team of data engineers and scientists, and customer.

 

Requirements:

 

- Computer science or related engineering degree and 6+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer/Data Architect;

- Experience with end-to-end implementation (from vision to hand-over to production) medium or large-scale Data Management solutions: DWH/Big Data analytics/Master Data Management;

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake Technology Stack;

- Experience in creating and maintaining ETL/ELT pipeline architecture;

- Expert experience in major RDBMS, BigData, and Cloud tech stacks;

- Hands-on with at least one of the mainstream development stacks Python/Java/Scala;

- Experience with DevOps and engineering best practices, especially Docker, Git, testing in Python;

- Knowledge of using a Business Intelligence platform (Looker, PowerBI, Qlik);

- Experience in creating data quality, security, and governance procedures.

 

Will be a plus:

 

- Industry-specific knowledge and experience (b2b lead generation);

- Experience in the pre-sale process;

- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure GCP, AWS;

- Knowledge in statistics and understanding of machine learning algorithms;

- Worked in an agile environment;

- Worked on predictive modeling for relevant use cases, such as ICP definition, churn prediction, leads forecasting, predictive marketing.
