Our design team, that now consist of 60 creative and talented individuals, is looking for like-minded people. We are experts in converting ideas, business goals, and requirements in high-efficient and easy-to-use products for dozens of clients all over the world. We love to take challenges and responsibility for the entire product design to deliver top-notch web, mobile, or even custom-tailored embedded interfaces using a wide variety of existing tools, technics, and approaches with addition of custom illustrations, 3D and motion graphics, AR/VR experience, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

- you work fast, think fast, respect and value your time and the time of others

- you can demonstrate a Portfolio representing your skills

- you enjoy and celebrate your life by singing, dancing, running, cycling, painting, playing drums, or whatever

RESPONSIBILITIES

- you’ve been creating both web and mobile interfaces for at least 4-5 years, including analysis work, prototyping, hypothesis testing, user testing, and UX review activities

- you are experienced in collaboration with the design team as a Team Lead and can define and set up a design strategy on a project

- you’re able to lead business development and contribute directly to it

- you have strong estimation and risk mitigation skills, efficiency in self-management

- you are proficient with industry standard prototyping tools and technics

- you have Advanced spoken and written English for one on one communication with the Clients
