Performance Analyst (offline)

Our Team is looking for a Performance Analyst who will be responsible for:
- Monitoring efficiency of the front-line to ensure a high level of quality, accuracy and process consistency in customer service
- Ongoing market research, analysis and report
- Working on projects and tasks to define and develop efficient procedures, policies and performance monitoring systems
- Identifying business inefficiencies and suggesting potential solutions
- The role is developing and evolving and may slightly change depending on the needs of the company
Requirements:
- Educated to a degree level in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Marketing, Economics
- Advanced or higher levels of one or two foreign languages (B2+), both written and oral, are compulsory.
- In role responsibilities: monitoring social media (it will require to cover SM on weekdays and weekends in return for additional days-off)
- Basic skills: problem-solving, analytical mindset, critical thinking, meticulousness to detail and a strong result orientation is essential. A successful candidate should demonstrate a commitment to long-term success through a consistent focus on a customer and on the best possible use of company resources.
- Good understanding of customer service, account management and client relations is a plus
