– You have 2+ years practical PHP experience

– You are handy with any mainstream RDBMS (ORM is not enough, you need to know SQL well)

– You have practical experience with microservices (tell us the hardest problem you met?)

– You have basic Docker skills

– You should be able to discuss work-related topics in English (oral & written)

– You are not just mindlessly applying to all positions in internet but actually reading descriptions and requirements (and that's why you will you the word "Pinguin" in your application so we can see that)
