About the Studio

CERO (formerly kalon.tech) is a design and development studio with an office in the center of Kyiv. We are a young team with a huge appetite for self-development and continuous improvement. We absolutely love creative design and experimenting with new techniques. We take projects of varying complexity and we try to do our best to prioritize aesthetics, not only user experience.

The Role

We are looking for strong junior developers to join an existing team. You will be working on our internal projects as well as supporting current commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

- Developing new features for the apps and websites

- Refactoring and support of existing codebase

- Bug fixes & error monitoring

Requirements:

- 0.5+ years of proven experience developer experience;

- Comfortable understanding of ReactJS and its principles;

- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS;

- Knowledge of JavaScript tooling like npm, webpack, eslint, etc.;

- Ability to learn things fast;

- Above average English. Good English is a huge plus;

Plus, but not critical:

1. Knowledge of NextJS and TailwindCSS

2. Comfortable with using Mac
