Senior Project Manager (offline) $3000-4500

Our company is looking for an experienced manager to work on a US-based company project. That is a service-oriented process automation platform specifically designed to address the needs of the members of IT project teams (architects, developers, and PMs). It allows to quickly create BPMN compliant process models that seamlessly integrate people, processes, and systems, by increasing the efficiency and visibility of the business. The product offers complete compatibility and support for open standards, enabling the automation process to become a generalized service across the enterprise.

Team composition: 5 Developers + 3 AQA in Lviv

Responsibilities:
- Manage the project team at all stages of the project (analytics, performance evaluation, planning, development, testing)
- Negotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of the project
- Manage internal delivery teams to ensure successful delivery
- Prepare and maintain project related documentation
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, review deliverables and milestones prepared by the team
- Define, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project
- Plan and manage internal and external project communications
- Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks
- Identify opportunities to grow business. Monitor and increase customer satisfaction
- Identify project resources necessary, build and nurture an effective and collaborative project team. Promote effective individual and team performance

Requirements:
- 5+ years of Project management experience
- Proficient understanding of Agil, Waterfall
- Familiar with PMBOK guide
- Proven experience to manage distributed teams
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Perfect understanding of IT systems and project life-cycles
- Proven knowledge of project management principles
- Problem-solving skills
- Working in a team
- Analytical mindset and attention to details
- Attention to client
- English level – Advanced
