TeamLead Java Engineer

ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Our client is one of the biggest fashion accessories retailers. Focused on design, confection, manufacturing, as well as distribution and retail. Multi-branded and fast-expanding with a remarkable presence globally. The main idea is to bring customers closer to the products they need. Currently, we are looking for Java Engineer who will find the best technical solutions for our customer.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical development expertise to the team
Take an active part in requirements analysis
Work in close contact with team members and project stakeholders on the customer’s site
Research, evaluate, estimate, and implement technical solutions for business requirements
Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product
Participate in architecture and design sessions on a regular basis
Good communication skills
Self-driven, self-organized, innovative

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
1+ year of experience leading agile teams
5+ years of commercial Java development experience
Java 11
Spring
Experience with Kafka, MQ
Experience with any relational DBs (MariaDB, MySQL, Postgres, DB2)
Intermediate or higher English level

WOULD BE A PLUS:
Understanding of Microservices Architecture
Experience with Spring Boot
Experience with OpenShift platform
Experience with gRPC
Experience with MongoDB
Experience with binary communication protocols
