Senior Frontend Developer (Team Lead) (m/f/d) (Berlin, Germany) (offline)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer (Team Lead) for our engineering team. The role demands significant engineering knowledge and experience with complex applications, including new feature work, improvements on existing code, building our Frontend applications, and participating in Architectural decisions. As a Senior team member, you will work closely with our Backend, DevOps, QA, and Design teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 5+ years of significant professional experience developing web projects using react framework.
- Experience with leading a team of mid and junior web developers.
- Experience in and knowledge of React, React Native, Angular JS, MaterialUI, SemanticUI, Redux, Redux-saga, Babel, Webpack, Yarn, gulp, grunt, REST, GRPC, protobuf, JWT, JsonRPC.
- Practical experience with Docker containerization, development containers, and docker-compose.
- Experience and knowledge of code and memory profiling and optimization.
- Experience with unit testing, test coverage, and static code analysis.
- Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in working in high-performing agile teams using SCRUM or Kanban.
- Experience in working with code management tools such as Gitlab, Bitbucket, Github.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Dart or Flutter.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services.
- Experience in using project management tools such as JIRA and Youtrack.
- Experience working on blockchain projects.
- Knowledge of distributed apps.
- Experience with developing mobile apps using Ionic, React Native, or Flutter.

- Leading team of engineers to deliver assigned projects.
- Participating in and leading design and development activities.
- Mentoring and training of assigned team members.
- Conducting technical interviews to recruit new talents into the team.
- Executing assigned tasks.
