Backend Node.js Engineer (offline)

We are looking for a Backend NodeJS Engineer for a crypto trading robots development project. This is a great opportunity to plunge into the world of cryptocurrency and build a product for an international exchange market from scratch.

Product:
Our product is a Business to Business — crypto trading robots management platform that allows fin departments and fin analysts to create, manage and run trading bots on different exchanges. The product is developed as an in-house solution for the particular crypto exchange with further scale to Software as a Service (SaaS) worldwide.

Responsibilities:
- Design backend architecture for the new web platform from scratch;
- Design and develop trading robots.
- Implement new services/features as a backend developer;
- Contribute to all phases of software development life cycle;

Requirements:
- 4+ years of commercial experience in backend development;
- 2+ years of experience with Node.js/Typescript backend development;
- Strong knowledge of core JS.
- Good practical experience with non-relational databases (MongoDB);
- Experience with SOA/Microservices (communication, patterns, development process, testing);
- Experience building and working with WebSockets and RestAPI;
- Experience working with AWS, Docker, Containers;
- Experience in scaling high load products;
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals is a must;
- An open-minded person, proactive team player, good time & expectations management.
- A passion for quality and clean, solid, readable code that scales and performs well.
- Strong desire to learn and share knowledge with others.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain ideas to both technical and non-technical people.
