Project Manager (offline) $1500-3000

НЕОБХОДИМЫЕ НАВЫКИ
— Experience in managing teams of 8-10 people with proven track record of project management, analysis, priority setting, description of business processes as Product/Project Manager — 2+ year
— Understanding of Agile methodologies
— Knowledge of requirements/business analysis and project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
— Understanding the SDLC
— Backlog Management
— Experience in creating mockup/sketch of the user interfaces
— Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals, to put detailed tasks for developers, designers and copywriters
— Demonstrated teamwork
— Strong communications skills, both oral and written, ability to resolve conflict situations. Communicate concisely and with clarity, regardless of form
— Strong listening, analytical, and negotiation skills, with close attention to detail
— Ability to develop and deliver presentations
— Ability to work and communicate professionally
— Excellent time management, organizational skills and ability to multitask
— Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
— Intermediate technical and oral English

БУДЕТ ПЛЮСОМ
— MS/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred
— Gaming experience
— Experience in brand management
— An experience in Internet marketing or close interaction with the marketing team, understanding of online advertising

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ
— Identify requirements and prioritize them for the project and initiatives
— Initiate new tasks and necessary changes
— Analyze backlog and prioritize the tasks
— Describe, review, analyse the current processes and prepare recommendations for process improvement
— Identify the gaps in software development process
— Provide budget estimates, based on the data from the technology team, manage costs, prepare proposals regarding team staff/skills/budget
— Manage the content, quality, timing, resources and risks of the project
— Work together with Technical Leads and QA engineers to ensure each project stage is delivered on time and of high quality
— Participate in troubleshooting, testing, launch and post go-live monitoring of integrated solutions
— Track the tasks of performing the development and project’s KPI and to present and report projects progress and results to the stakeholders
— Coordinate the milestones, the development and delivery of the company’s products
— Prioritize the roadmap
