Role description:

As part of your role you will

• Be a liaison between the technical team and internal business units.

• Collaborate with technical experts and business units to determine the best possible solutions.

• Create direct channels of communication to software and application developers that get the job done

without managerial interjection.

• Work with the development team and business personnel to develop and execute plans to test and

validate systems / applications and business requirements including developing user documentation, first

draft of training materials, manual updates, and field communications.

• Meet with stakeholders to gather functional requirements. Analyze existing procedures and evaluate

requested requirements to identify system changes.

• Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

• Be accountable for the result of all assigned projects.

• Keep tracking of project performance from a business perspective.

• Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep

stakeholders up-to-date on project results and updates.

• Communicate the project status to the top management.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Product Owner or Business Analyst (3+).

• Experience in a Client Facing role.

• Experience in Project Management.

• Experience in gathering requirements.

• Experience to create epics and user stories (according to SMART criteria).

• Experience working with usability experts, managing requirements for designers.

• Experience with requirement authoring tools.

• Experience with relational databases.

• Technical education.

• Fluent English (required).

Requirement & skills:

• A sharp eye for detail, research skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines.

• Ability to communicate with other team members in English.

• Experience with processes in business analysis based on BABOK v3 (by IIBA)

Nice to have:

• CBAP certification.

• Experience with network and cyber technologies.

• Experience in working with global enterprises.

• Computer science or engineering background.

• Experience working with distributed remote teams.
