- Swiss Army Kube (SAK) is an open-source IaC (Infrastructure as Code) collection of services for quick, easy, and controllable deployment of EKS Kubernetes clusters on Amazon for your projects.

- Sak-kubeflow - is a free open-source Terraform-based IaC tool that allows you to declaratively set up modular ML-ready AWS EKS clusters with Kubeflow, automated with GitOps. SAKK is built on top of Terraform (infrastructure as code), ArgoCD (deployment automation & management of all Kubernetes resources), and Cognito (AWS identity provider).

Technical Stack:

AWS (VPC, EC2, ELB, RDS, IAM), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Zabbix, Python/Bash, MySQL, PostgreSQL and Oracle (maintenance).

Requirements:

— Advanced Web server (e.g. Apache, Tomcat, IIS, etc.) admin & troubleshooting skills;

— Strong scripting skills in automating standard tasks;

— Python, Ruby, or Bash experience preferred;

— Solid experience with AWS (VPC, EC2, ELB, RDS, IAM);

— CI/CD configuration experience (Jenkins is preferred);

— Experience with configuration management systems (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc);

— Comfortable with Infrastructure as Code designs for automation of infrastructure builds and deployments;

— Strong skills in Linux system administration and standard services (HTTPS, DNS, SMTP, NFS);

— Proven experience with production systems and dealing with production issues;

— Good level of knowledge of Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL DB engines;

— Experience in troubleshooting and fixing various performance issues at the DB layer;

— Experience in troubleshooting DB layer issues, recovery mechanisms, and backup/restore process with various tools;

— Excellent knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL optimization techniques.

Responsibilities:

— Creation of automation tools for dev/QA and prod/stage;

— Building CI/CD flow from scratch, supporting and evolving it;

— Taking responsibility for the DevOps culture across different projects;

— Maintaining and improving configuration management/control systems;

— Optimization of applications environment and continuous work on performance/availability improvements;

— MySQL administration: troubleshooting, performance, deployment of cluster solutions.
