IT Sales Manager/ lead generation

And now we are looking for a person who will join our team as an IT sales manager with experience in this field.




- Upper-Intermediate/Advanced written English.

- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- Understanding the IT field.

- Experience with UpWork, LinkedIn, etc.

- Understanding the difference between UI/UX, front-end, back-end.

- Understanding ~sales funnel~

- Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business.

- Skills in effective communication, building business communications.

- Stress resistance, self-organization, focus on the result, desire to work and earn.





- Extending the existing client base using freelance platforms.

- Establishing contacts with new customers.

- Analyze IT needs of clients.

- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

- Manage contract negotiations, answer typical customer questions;

- Analysis & Increase in sales of the company (cross sales).

- Proper handling of internal documentation
