YOU ARE
A skilled Java Software Engineer who has practical experience with Java 8,11 (Java core (collections, I/O, concurrency), Spring framework, Hibernate, Postgres, AWS (another Cloud solution like Azure or Google Cloud is also fine), and Docker.

A perfect fit shows the following competencies

At least 3-year relevant experience
Writing production-quality code in Java on a proficient level
Knowledge of Spring Boot
Writing tests (unit, integration)
Practice with a cloud service such as AWS
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Successful solving performance-related problems
Nice-to-have experience

Engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity
Working with support teams; on-call or other maintenance activities
Practical knowledge of agile software development methodologies (e.g., XP, Scrum)
Continuous delivery and infrastructure as code
Soft skills

Good analytical and communication skills
Initiative, open-minded, and easy-going person
Result-oriented attitude not afraid of complex work
