Project Lead Intern/ Junior Project Lead (offline)

What You’ll Do:
Improving communication by understanding different styles of collaboration; recognizing other group members’ limitations based on skills, time zones, workloads, culture, etc.
Support team members in daily tasks by coordinating, planning, documenting, and following up on instructions
Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
Perform other duties as assigned by the Solutions Manager

What You Should Have:
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
English: Upper-intermediate (B2)
Analytical skills
Adaptable and proactive spirit
Open-mindedness and the ability to be trained
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
Effective communication with team members
