Project Manager (offline)

We’d like to find out in you:
— 2+ years of experience in full-cycle project management;
— Understanding of software development processes, experience in web and mobile development;
— Excellent knowledge of project management methodology, tools and techniques, practical experience with Agile (Scrum and Kanban) methodologies;
— A flexible personality with strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in mitigation of conflicts and decision-making skills;
— Highly energetic, engaging team player, self-motivated and results-driven person.

Nice to have:
— Upper-intermediate English and higher;
— Project manager, Product Owner or Scrum Master certifications.

We expect you to:
— Supervision and coordination of processes within the project team;
— Developing and managing all aspects of project engagement: pre-sales, estimations, planning (resource planning, sprints and releases planning, setting deadlines), change requests, risks, issues, etc.;
— Decomposition of tasks, analysis of requirements and achieving targets according to sprint goals;
— Performing communications Client↔Team;
— Manage client expectations, facilitate project-related client communications on all levels and creating reports;
— Lead and direct software development teams to deliver projects within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget and resources
— Project resource management;
— Resolving conflicts and motivating team members to meet project goals.
