What you will be doing
- Design and manage B2C Betting platform vision and strategy for Ukraine geo and international
- Maintain public and internal roadmaps
- Manage a team of product managers to execute the product strategy
- Manage a Design team to build outstanding UI designs for the product and customers' iGaming brands
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers on strategy and product initiatives execution status
- Collaborate with Engineering team on product roadmaps execution
- Conduct market research to design platform improvements supporting customers' business growth
- Author best-in-class product specifications at the deepest level of details while keeping the whole solution simple
- Define and implement best product management practices through continuous team mentorship and setting high-quality standards for product organization outputs and communications
### Candidate requirements
- 5+ years in software product management
- 3+ years in iGaming industry
- 1+ years leading a team of product managers
- Experience being a Head of Product, CPO, Product Director or Senior Product Manager for a B2C iGaming platform product including online casino and sports betting verticals
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives
- Intermediate written and verbal English

- You do not have iGaming experience or you have never worked on an iGaming platform
- You have never managed a software product
