Appodeal Stack is looking for a freelance IT Recruiter to add to our dynamic and fast paced team. Weβre looking for an experienced professional with a solid network of mobile application candidates and a thorough understanding of how different regions recruit, more specifically the CIS region. This person will support a small internal team of HR/Recruiters to help the company achieve its ambitious hiring goals. Interested?
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting for up to 4-7 positions at one time for our company, usually in several different regions (US, EMEA, CIS)
- Leading recruiting functions through all stages: ideation, sourcing, interviewing, hiring
- Establishing a strong rapport with hiring managers across our numerous offices to develop a recruiting strategy to fill all vacancies in a timely manner
- Ensuring clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints. Guiding the hiring managers through the talent management process where needed
- Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search
- Working with the hiring managers to develop job descriptions and announcements. Job descriptions need to reflect responsibilities and qualifications that are appropriate for the title of the position;
- Attracting/sourcing candidates for open positions
- Screening/reviewing online applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, ability and develop a short list of potential candidates to forward to the hiring managers;
- Conducting HR interviews (phone/Zoom)
- Presenting fully screened qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner. Reviewing candidate qualifications with hiring managers. Facilitating applicant interviews with hiring managers (Zoom);
- Managing candidate interview results and selection decision with hiring manager. Providing candidates feedback on interview results;
- Managing offer process and negotiating compensation package including salary, start date and allowances;
- Recommending improvements to current recruitment processes to ensure streamlined, cost effective services are being provided to the team;
- Providing support in managing the applicant flow and maintaining applicant flow statistical data;
- Providing information on company operations and employment opportunities to potential applicants;
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian, Advanced Business English
- 3+ years experience in technical recruiting/sourcing
- Proven track record of high closing rate
- Strong network of candidates in the mobile application industry, preferably mobile games
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Experience with Jira a plus, but not required
