Senior C++ Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer who will be involved in development of an innovative product of our customer - a technology company engaged in the design, development and commercialization of teleoperation systems.

Our customer is the only company that provides all key technologies to control vehicles remotely and safely. Their customers save lives and save money by deploying its teleoperation platform in their autonomous fleets - cars, trucks, forklifts, shuttles and other types of vehicles.The company's systems are designed to accelerate the commercial deployment of autonomous systems and improve their uptime. The customer is targeting the automotive, logistics, last mile, agricultural and mining sectors and predicts that its system will revolutionize each of those industries. The company's first product is a universal teleoperation platform, which allows a human operator to monitor and control any type of vehicle from thousands of miles away.

Requirements
B.Sc./M.Sc. in computer science, electrical/computer engineering or relevant service in an elite technological unit.
Minimum 3 years in C++ programming in Linux environment.
Experience in all phases of end-to-end development from requirements and design to product deployment.
Experience in algorithm implementation in C++.
Experience with vehicle communication network protocols (CAN) is a plus.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning concepts is a plus.
Experience in Robotics / Autonomous Software stack is a plus.
Deep understanding of the following technologies: PKI, VPN, NAT, IPv6, encryption, firewalls and routing protocols is a plus.
Experience in the following technologies: video streaming, encoding, decoding and rendering is a plus.
Experience in Python is a plus.
Previous startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
Design and develop features and algorithms with focus on performance and real-time.
Research new technologies and implement them into the product.
Contribute to tools that make your work more effective.
Integrate your code into our customers’ stacks, which power the world’s autonomous machines (e.g. cars, forklifts, delivery robots, trucks and others).
Write a lot of C++.
