Middle Java Developer $2000-3000 Offline

Basic requirements:

2+ years of development experience in Java (Collections, Streams, Generics, Multithreading)

Good knowledge of Spring Boot, Rest, Hibernate, IoC, Security, Data

Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Maven, Git

English level - Intermediate +

Personal qualities: discipline, sociability, ability to find solutions independently, desire to develop both as an independent developer and as a team leader.

We are a young outsourcing company. There are about 30 developers in the staff, we have two offices in Lviv. We specialize in developing projects of medium and high levels of complexity, starting from online stores and ending with different types of CRM, online platforms, and tools for crypto traders. Customers from around the world.

About projects:

We are currently selecting a resource for one Swiss startup, which we have been working on for several years, in which there are already 3 territorially divided back-end teams, format: 1 Lead Java dev., 3 MIddle Java dev., 1 BA

Resource task - to expand the mid-section in each team to 4-5 javer with the potential to move to the Lead section of this or other projects.

What are the teams doing now: working on those. solutions, write code, create a ready back, then the product team launches a front sprint, which takes the task with the ready back.

What the new developer will do: mainly integration. + Kafka
