Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert / Project Manager Offline
The purpose of the USAID Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure in Ukraine Activity is to strengthen the resilience of Ukraine’s critical infrastructure to withstand cyberattacks by establishing trusted collaboration between key cybersecurity stakeholders in government, the private sector, academia, and civil society.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
Hourly Rate: 841.96 ₴ (31$)
Estimated total Yearly Salary: 1,616,563.20 ₴
The position is funded until July of 2024.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide expert guidance and direction on subjects relating to cybersecurity strategy and
development.
• Possess understanding and has experience in the application of cybersecurity best practices, theories, and concepts in the required technical field.
• Provide technical expertise in areas such as Information Systems Architecture, Incident Management, Security Operations, Communications, and Network Systems Management.
• Provide support to various on-going and/or required working groups.
• Establish and maintain relationships with partners, customers, and Activity stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian (written and oral)
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Nine (9) years of relevant cybersecurity experience
• Four (4) years of project or program management experience
• Must be a Ukrainian Citizen
• Applicant must register as a Ukrainian Individual Entrepreneur (FOP at own cost).
• Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and prepared to lead
• Candidate is required to have a bank account that can accept US Dollar transfers.
