Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English (Upper-intermediate (B2) and higher)

- Attentive to details, friendly, polite, thorough: strong personal ownership and commitment to quality, desire to contribute and speak up with a view or opinion, and add value by questioning and probing where necessary

- You have excellent communication and people skills. Whether it be clients, colleagues, or talent, you treat them with respect and patience.

- Keen sense of curiosity, organized, and highly collaborative

- Motivation to grow as a professional and acquire new sales skills

Nice to have

- Prior experience in lead gen, sales, marketing, growth, advertising, or relevant fields (internships included)

- Basic understanding of software development processes, IT outsourcing business, product design industry

- Experience with Upwork

- Sales Assistance — Searching for potential customers

- Continually prospect for new customers

- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects

- Present weekly and monthly performance reporting
