Senior UX/UI Designer (offline)

You’ll play a key role in combining UX thinking with design execution to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces. With an eye for detail, you’ll be supporting new brand launches from idea generation to conception. We are looking for a creative mind to turn ideas rapidly into beautiful concepts implementing UX/UI best practices, and continually testing and innovating the users' experience along the way. - Work alongside the Design Lead to develop product strategies and roadmaps for UX/UI solutions.
- Liaising with developers to help build our solutions.
- Understand and help maintain the product vision across the business units, be aware of the strategic goals for the core products, and work towards it.
- Help support discovery sessions with various stakeholders and conduct user testing, surveys with clients.
- Work closely with Design Lead and stakeholders to create user stories, personas, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards.
- Communicate and present research and design concepts and decisions to the teams and stakeholders.
- Design and document UX/UI workflows for products, including steps to complete a task.
- Investigate and evaluate existing solutions and provide clear options to improve and simplify UX/UI
- Facilitate decision-making with developers and stakeholders throughout the product development.
- Support and execute user testing, ensuring the product meets the business requirements and strategic goals.
- Assist the Design Lead in the process of prioritizing requirements and creating the product backlog identifying how your designs contribute to company goals and objectives.
- Gather and analyze relevant data in support of creating designs, including quantitative and qualitative metrics.


Are We A Match?
We’re looking for a Designer with the following experience and skills:
- Have in-depth knowledge of print design and production as well as online and mobile design
- Knowledge of editorial design and a range of marketing activation collateral
- Experience in producing innovative and engaging social media and digital assets, as well as being up to date with best practices
- Ability to create illustrations and icons to communicate and bring to life with animation
- Impressive UI design with knowledge of UX
- An ability to respond to work independently, make decisions and communicate an appropriate response
- Experience with a variety of graphic design and interactive tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, and Photoshop (Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
- Experience with start-up brand and/or sub-brand beneficial
CSS knowledge would be a bonus
- Experience in conceptualizing/ideating campaign work is a bonus

Technical skills and experience of industry tools including InVision, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Miro, Balsamique.
+ Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
