Lead CRM Developer Offline

Main Responsibilities:

• to own the on-site development and enhancement of the CRM system (SugarCRM)

• to own the design and development efforts to stand up a CRM system that meets business requirements and long-term project milestones along with integrating the CRM platform to our Ecommerce channels and existing legacy systems

• to design, develop, test, and install custom software in support of a specified business functions and processes

• to design, develop and deploy all solutions on the SugarCRM platform

• to act as SME of the system to support day to day use by CRM team

• to design and implement innovative solutions that leverage and extend standard CRM capabilities to improve overall capabilities and support future CRM roadmap

• to deliver solutions that maximize user experience with the system by minimizing complexity for the user

• to lead detailed design, implementation and integrations to new and legacy systems as a part of large strategic projects that meet our customer needs

• to transform requirements into system, application process and program design relevant to SugarCRM

• to use appropriate tools to document and communicate technical designs

• to evaluate system integration impacts beyond the scope of specified change

• to evaluate the work of partner team members for technical quality, adherence to standards and completeness

• to ensure the quality of vendor-developed and delivered CRM capabilities

• to participate or lead in the planning, creating and coordinating of test plan efforts

• to provide periodic status updates to project leaders and managers

• to participate in architecture reviews

• to develop proof of concepts when needed, to perform hands-on integration development

This vacancy is sole, remote, with direct communication with NY head-office. Project is challenging, with opportunity for a long term cooperation.

Technician Skills:

• SugarCRM (or other CRM platform) like Salesforce or Dynamics 365)

• PHP (or other scripting languages)

• ClicData (SQL)

Requirements:

• Fluent English (C1-C2)
