Sr. Java Tech Lead / Architect (offline)

Our ultimate goal is to connect brands and retailers real-time on a global data-driven network. The network would power wholesale, automate reorders, drive new brand/retailer connections and supplement retail assortments with dropship products.

We are working on creating a single platform that will connect brands to retailers AND to customers. This will enable retailers to shop from brands, assort their products, merchandise and SELL in-store and online, all on one network!

This is truly a retail revolution and we want you to help us build it!

You're also going to work on other major parts of our growing and blossoming platform, and will be joining an amazing, friendly, and diverse team. You will be responsible for architecting reusable front-end components, application performance, and monitoring. Our engineers work closely with the product and design team, and think about problems from our customers' perspective to devise the best solutions.
Qualifications
• 10-15 years of experience in distributed systems
• 5-10 years of architecting, designing and developing microservices on Java stack
• 5 years of Experience in NoSQL databases, MongoDB, DynamoDB and or BigTable
• Cloud native experience with AWS and/ or Google Cloud.
• Excellent architecture, design and coding skills.
• Mentoring engineers
• Excellent communication skills, Ability to work with Product and other engineering leads.
• Flexible and has Can Do attitude
