Application Support Engineer Offline

Candidate will contribute in supporting our global application offerings and more importantly able to monitor our mission-critical systems during the European time zone. This new role will help us in fulfilling our agreed SLA and to provide better services to our end clients.

 

• Provide support on helpdesk tickets and incidents.

• Ensures SLA is met for each of our service desk ticket.

• Able to monitor newly deployed systems and provide feedback to improve our service offerings.

• Answering support calls and emails making sure that they’re all dealt with utmost priority and responded immediately.

• Good understanding of MS Windows servers, MS SQL and Message bus services.

• Collect and compile required information for trade investigations.

• Monitor and support transaction reporting

• Monitor FIX sessions and report any outages in a timely manner

• Experience in scripting (Powershell) to automate processes and environment monitoring.

• Experience in supporting bespoke applications.
