A newly founded Health & Fitness company is looking for a Growth Manager to become the first growth team member. You will work on challenging projects that utilize state-of-the-art technologies and deliver value to people who want to change their lifestyles for the better.

 

Our mission at Zing is to inspire people to move daily by combining a unique fitness methodology with the motivational style of an Emotional AI coach.

 

We are partnering with Palta (known for MSQRD, Flo Health, Prisma Labs, wannaby, VOIR, etc.), which helps us grow faster by getting support and mentorship from world-class experts & founders.

*You'll contribute by:*

 

- Devise and implement data-led acquisition strategies for Zing, optimizing every part of the sales funnel

- Identifying and scaling paid and unpaid digital acquisition channels, including social (paid & unpaid), partnerships & influencers, SEO, content, email, and more

- Calculate CAC & LTV and optimize campaigns for profitable unit economics

- Work closely with product and operations teams to optimize conversion rates

- Uncover creative, non-traditional, and new methods of acquiring users

- Test and implement offline marketing campaigns

- Be a part of an Agile-based and distributed team (Munich/Minsk/Kyiv)

- Be a part of Palta's community of outstanding people (talents from MSQRD, Prisma Labs, Flo Health, VOIR, wannaby, etc.)

- Bring own ideas to shape the future of Zing AI Fitness Coach

 

*We expect that you have:*

 

- at least 3-5 years of product management or growth experience (computer science a bonus!)

- 2+ years experience marketing a B2C subscription product

- Experience with A/B testing

- Deep understanding of acquisition KPIs and complex funnels

- Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals

- Self-starter with the ability to execute under deadlines

- Experience in managing growth teams & executing an agile marketing strategy

- Experience in scaling acquisition strategies geographically

- Have a growth marketing/optimization mindset; deeply analytical

- Excellent English skills (B2+)

 

*Beneficial skills:*

 

- Experience in a startup strongly preferred

- Excellent editing and copywriting skills

- It’d be a plus if you had some experience in one of the following sectors: health&fitness, education, wellness, healthcare, femtech.
