Sr Front-End (React) Developer for 1648 factory (offline) $3500-6500

a growing AdTech startup with investments, currently at the product fit stage. The company has been working for 2 years. They start with Germany but are planning to go abroad within the next 3 years.
The startup serves as a mediator interface between marketing platforms and small enterprises (100-150 employees), they are basically an online marketing platform.

What we do:
We write software mainly using PHP as a backend/ and JS (React) as frontend language
We use Symfony Framework, for backend application.
We invest a lot into every engineer, and we help growing and improving skills for further career development.
We face a lot of challenges on a daily basis, opening opportunities to unleash your engineering and creative potential.
We work with API integrations such as Google Ads, PayPal, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

You come with:
3-5 years of experience with React
Experience with single page applications built
Applying the latest front-end technologies with a focus on React development, advanced CSS implementation and HTML5
Understanding of OOP in Javascript and how it applies to code quality
Git
Ability to transform design mockups and wireframes into functional components
A proactive, goal-oriented, reliable and self-structured way of working
Fluency in English, German is plus
