Senior Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:

● Good understanding of Software development life cycle;
● Experience in managing project teams of at least 8 people;
● Understanding of Kanban and Agile/Scrum principles and practices;
● Organizational skills, ability to organize people, work and processes around them;
● Attentive to details, fast learner, good memory, structured thinking, proactiveness;
● Good communication skills, emotional intellect and sense of humor.
● High communication skills: the ability to find compromises with stakeholders (technical & non-technical), obtain and clarify all necessary information;
● Jira & Confluence configuration experience.

Will be a plus:

● Experience with live projects with stable releases;
● Technical background as BA or QA;
● Experience in product company;
● Experience of managing cross-functional and cross-border teams;
● Knowledge of eSports or gaming industry.

Responsibilities:

● Manage product scope and commitments;
● Release management;
● Communicate with business stakeholders, report on Dev team progress;
● Continuous improvement of development processes;
● Facilitate Dev team meetings (Daily, Feature refinement, Retro, etc.) and communication with other teams/departments;
● Ensure that work items from Product team are ready for development;
● Maintain the project documentation.
