Java Engineer, Communication Services Offline

DataArt’s specialists are helping to develop an analytical solution that tracks transactions that determine the quality of customer experience with network service providers (QoE). From these transactions, key indicators are displayed, such as radio frequency performance, base signal speed, and service performance (VoLTE, SMS). All metrics are combined into the final QoE estimates, which are used to determine hot spots and help localize and solve service quality problems.

We hire people not to a project, but to the company. If the project (or your work in it) is over, you go to another project or to a paid “Idle”.

Must have

3+ years of web application development experience using Java 8+, Spring Frameworks

Strong experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL)

Experience working with Docker, K8s, Kafka

Experience with Jetty or Tomcat

Spoken English

Would be a plus

Experience with (Spring Cloud, Spring Data, etc.)

Experience with MySql, MariaDB, Vertica, Redis, MongoDB

Experience with Timeseries DBs (InfluxDB) and Graph DBs (neo4j)

Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and principals
