We are a fast growing B2B SaaS startup created by ex-Google and EMC executives and backed by Silicon Valley top investors and unicorn CEOs. Our vision is to transform financial management processes, like what Salesforce did to sales or Atlassian did to software development. We help businesses manage their financial processes securely, collaboratively and intelligently. We are based in both California and Stockholm.

We are big on automated testing, and we work in a calm and focused priority-driven manner which means you sometimes need to step out of your comfort zone and help out where you’re most needed. We implement new features iteratively, gathering feedback, learning and adapting along the way. We enjoy a lot of freedom (and responsibility) in how we choose to solve problems, and everyone is an important contributor to the success of our product and our company.

We strive to write clean, well-tested code that is easy to read and understand, and we hope you do, too. You like working in an iterative fashion with tight feedback loops. We use English as our working language so you need to be comfortable with that, too. You are communicative and not afraid to ask for help or feedback, share knowledge, and help your colleagues out.

Responsibilities
- Write well-designed, testable code
- Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
- Document and maintain software functionality
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
- Comply with project plans and industry standards
- Ensure software is updated with latest features

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a frontend Software Engineer or Software Developer
- Ability to develop modern web-based systems in the cloud using Typescript, HTML, CSS and a framework using a virtual dom or other programming languages
- Experience with automated testing
- Excellent knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Experience with test-driven development
- Proficiency in software engineering tools
- Ability to document requirements and specifications
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
