Middle Ruby Developer Offline

Requirements:

- 3+ years of professional experience working with Ruby on Rails

- Experience working in an Agile environment

- Have an engineering background

- Like being challenged and solving complex problems

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience working at growth-stage startups

- Upper-Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus:

- Knowledge of React is a BIG plus

Responsibilities:

- Writing clean, readable code

- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the project

- Work as a team player and communicate effectively

- Participating in discussions of new features for product

- Communicate status on issues or roadblocks, as well as accomplishments and plans

- Follow processes to ensure working in an organized way
