QA Automation Engineer (JavaScript) for Outmatch (offline)

Daxx is looking for a QA Engineer to join the Outmatch team in Kyiv/Kharkiv/Dnipro or remotely.

As a Quality Engineer, you will enhance our automated and manual testing coverage that supports our new and existing platforms including mobile, web, and API-based services and features.

What you will do:
Design automated and manual testing plans to ensure all relevant and agreed upon aspects of the application are tested
You will write, maintain, and execute scalable automated tests and load testing scripts
Continually identifying and expanding automation test coverage
Collaborate with product owners, IT operations, and other business units to ship features, bug fixes, and improvements
Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities including user acceptance, OS/browser compatibility, regression, usability, integration, exploratory and smoke/sanity testing
Log bugs found during testing and work with team members to ensure they are prioritized correctly
Execute test plans, document test results, and provide test progress/reports that will be used in assessing the completeness of the development effort

What you’ll need:
3-5 years’ proven work experience in software quality assurance
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools, like Puppeteer, CodeceptJS
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes in an Agile environment
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium and Codeception (acceptance tests)
Sociability, great communication skills with your teammates
Experience working closely with the team to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Demonstrated experience in test planning, test design, test strategy, and test execution
Strong organizational skills, able to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize the results
Experience in security testing methodologies
Experience in cross-browser and emulated device testing

Will be a plus:
Understanding Python, JS, CSS, HTML, JSON, and CSV is a plus
CI/CD experience is a plus
API testing experience (Postman)
