UI/UX Designer Offline

USA based project is a complete language platform that’s precise, cost-effective, user-friendly, and secure. Products support both human and machine translation while also working cohesively with internal systems to meet quality, turnaround, pricing, project management, and security objectives.

BEING PART OF THE TEAM, you will:

- Design and develop UX deliverables throughout the product lifecycle, based on UX best practices, research and metrics

- Evaluating an existing solution (or idea) for usefulness and effectiveness

- Generate solutions to business needs, and communicate the pros and cons for each

- Design and execute cross-platform projects (desktop, mobile) in partnership with the dev team

- Collaborate with stakeholders, and engineers to bring your ideas to life

- Present and defend your design solutions

POWER YOU BRING:

- 2+ years of commercial experience as UX specialist on both web and mobile applications

- Proficiency in up-to-date design tools (Sketch, Figma, inVision and/or other prototyping and sketching tools)

- Have a relevant portfolio with previous works clearly showing the UX improvements you’ve made

- Creating IA, user flows, high-fidelity wireframes

- Defining business and users requirements

- Knowledge of user research methods (both qualitative and quantitative)

- Knowledge of Usability & UCD principles

- Know how to enhance the user experience with and without access to end-users.

- English — upper-intermediate level and higher

- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
