DevOps Engineer Offline

The Senior DevOps engineer will be working with a team of highly talented software development

professionals and will be responsible for support and development of new processes and tools

which ensures successful and effective integration of fully functional and efficient software

working product.

Specific tasks include but not limited to:

40% scope of work:

- Maintenance of applications deployed to the Cloud (Privet Cloud, Amazon, Azure, Hybrid Cloud)

- Dockerize applications and implement automated deployment process using Jenkins

- Improve and manage software assembly process by following best practice of configuration management

- Propose DevOps process improvements of product development team, impact development process

60% scope of work:

- Root cause analysis and issue resolution

Required skills and experience:

- Maven/SBT/NPM, Ansible, *Linux, *Windows

- Experience with using SCM (Git)

- Microservices architecture

- Kubernetes architecture

- Docker - building, maintaining and axecution of Docker images

- SQL: Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres

- No SQL: Cassandra

Desired characteristics:

- Experience in Containerized applications maintenance

- Strong ability to work across functional teams, including developers, testers, and business teams

- Attention to detail and relentlessly pursuer excellence in producing quality deliverables

- Experience with Jenkins 2
