L1 Technical Support Engineer (offline)

𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂?
— We are looking for someone friendly and clients-oriented
— Fluent English, both verbal and written, since you will be closely cooperating with our foreign customers
— IT-related education and background
— At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
— Our product is mostly based on Microsoft solutions, so we need a specialist with demonstrated Windows desktop OS troubleshooting skills and MS Outlook\Office knowledge
— Experience with bug-tracking software
— Experience with application logs investigation and interpretation

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁:
It's software for home medical equipment providers.
Main duties:
— Responsible for setting up team process and procedures to ensure SLA is met, handover between geographically dispersed support team is coordinated.
— Ensuring the support team has clear guidelines on how to request effective information from users whilst troubleshooting;
— Acting as a Relationship manager between the Development team and the business. This will include responsibility for the management of SLA’s and points of escalation
— Providing the 1st line of technical support for the company’s SaaS customers
— Direct collaboration with the company’s internal teams and customers Worldwide
— Assisting Customers with Product setup, onboarding, and configuration
— Working hours minimum till 5 pm EST, better till 7 pm EST
