โ€” We are looking for someone friendly and clients-oriented
โ€” Fluent English, both verbal and written, since you will be closely cooperating with our foreign customers
โ€” IT-related education and background
โ€” At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
โ€” Our product is mostly based on Microsoft solutions, so we need a specialist with demonstrated Windows desktop OS troubleshooting skills and MS Outlook\Office knowledge
โ€” Experience with bug-tracking software
โ€” Experience with application logs investigation and interpretation

It's software for home medical equipment providers.
Main duties:
โ€” Responsible for setting up team process and procedures to ensure SLA is met, handover between geographically dispersed support team is coordinated.
โ€” Ensuring the support team has clear guidelines on how to request effective information from users whilst troubleshooting;
โ€” Acting as a Relationship manager between the Development team and the business. This will include responsibility for the management of SLAโ€™s and points of escalation
โ€” Providing the 1st line of technical support for the companyโ€™s SaaS customers
โ€” Direct collaboration with the companyโ€™s internal teams and customers Worldwide
โ€” Assisting Customers with Product setup, onboarding, and configuration
โ€” Working hours minimum till 5 pm EST, better till 7 pm EST
