Project Manager in IT Offline

We are currently looking for a project manager who is ready to join our team in Lviv and take responsibility for project results, meet deadlines and help us improve processes in the project management department.

Requirements:

- Experience in project management for software development;

- At least an Intermediate level of English;

- Experience in successful project implementation in the software environment;

- Team management experience;

- Ability to effectively prioritize and perform tasks in a rapidly changing environment;

- High level of responsibility, compliance with deadlines;

- Practical experience in Agile / Scrum / Kanban.

Responsibilities:

- Product development project management;

- Planning and coordination of all project activities;

- Preparation and organization of the necessary project documentation;

- Organization of cooperation with the parties involved in the project;

- Monitoring the quality and implementation of the project following customer expectations;

- Conducting and motivating the project team and assigning various tasks within the project;

- Introduction of new ideas into the project management system on ways to achieve goals;

- Compliance with technological development and recent trends.
