Senior PHP Developer/ Team Lead (Symfony)

For our client, the USA headquartered company, we are looking for an innovative and strategic-minded Senior PHP Developer/ Team Lead (Symfony) with deep internal product development experience to support companies' activity.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and come up with technical solutions to support the business logic of the project
- Development of new features and building architecture
- Optimizing the technical solutions
- Collaboratively work with outsourcing team to review tasks in a timely manner
- Hiring internal development team (from the technical side)
- Onboarding and management of engineers
- Regular feedback and improvement development work
- Reporting

Requirements:
5+ years of experience with backend development
Experience in the Team lead role
Expertise in PHP 5/7 (Symfony)
Analytical and solution-focused thinking
A strong willingness to learning and adapting to new technologies
Understanding of marketplaces infrastructure principles
Intermediate+ English level
Skilled at relational databases
Experience with building RESTful APIs
Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
The ability to work with JIRA, Confluence, or similar systems
Team working skills
