Project Description

Developed product is the leading software system in Energy domain covering all aspects of Oil&Gas production from geological exploration to optimization of ongoing production. Our technology solution helps geologists and geophysicists to research, visualize and interpret large volumes of geological data.

Our project is stable, long-term and constantly adopts new technologies such as Angular framework and cloud platforms.

Work supposes close cooperation with Customer team located in Houston and following Agile principles.

Our team is senior, supportive and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Learn the design and functionality of a world class software platform

• Find and report software defects and monitor their progress

• Take part in creating test documentation

• Start to execute manual tests for development tasks

Skills

Must have

• Understanding of client-server interaction, architecture

• Knowledge of testing tools, types and techniques

• Understanding of SDLC, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), protocols (HTTP/S)

• Quick learning capability, attention to detail, good communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in web applications testing

• Experience with Linux (terminal commands)

• Docker

• REST API
