Senior Manual QA Engineer

We are currently looking for a Senior Manual QA to join our team. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional with the experience necessary to take products to the next level with respect to accuracy, security, and safety.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in manual testing of web-based, mobile and desktop applications
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficiency in SQL database operation and queries
- Experience in end-to-end testing enterprise level applications involving database
- Experience in testing database operations involving large volume data migration/database upgrade (ETL)
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Strong organizational skills
- English level Intermediate

Nice to have:
- Skill and experience in writing test automation procedures
- Experience in testing WFO/WFM product is a big plus

Responsibilities:
- Manual testing
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents
- Participating in meetings
- Prioritizing Test Cases
- Preparing Test Cases
- Analyzing Test Cases prepared by other team members
- Executing Test Cases
- Defect tracking
- Preparing bug reports
- Working with the development team to resolve open issues

About the Customer:
Founded in 2002, the customer is a New York-based analytics company, with 2,800 employees in various locations internationally. The company sells software and hardware products for client engagement management, security, surveillance, and business intelligence. The customer’s products are designed to assist clients in data analysis, specifically large data sets.

About the project:
This is a cloud based data migration project. The main aim of this project is to migrate the data from one Customer’s cloud to another.
