Mandatory:

Solid Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, concurrency, etc.)

2+ years of hands-on Java development experience is a must
Strong knowledge of Java Core, Multithreading and Collections

Experience with program debugging, data analysis, problem analysis and resolution issues

Experience with Java 8, Spring framework, Spring boot, Hibernate
Experience of developing web services (REST) and using both relational and non-relational data stores

Team player, Communication skills
 
Optional:

Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server, Redis and Apache Kafka

Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle

Experience in building/maintaining continuous integration and deployment environments (Jenkins, GIT, SVN etc.)
