Senior Project Manager (offline)

You will stabilize the processes of a high load component, managing a team of 20 professionals. What's in it for you:

Qualifications and experience

3+ years’ experience in project management
Experience in managing project teams of at least 10 people
Customer relations, requirement, risk and change management
Experience with various methodologies
Excellent soft and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver a high-quality result within a reasonably limited time
Proven track record of successful application development deliverables
Upper-Intermediate English level
Nice to have

Experience in managing a remote team

Leading, adjusting the processes, promoting development and growth within the team
Managing clients’ quality, scope, and budget expectations
Monitoring and improving the performance of the team, providing visibility to the client
