The merchandise platform for retail: monitoring items on shelves and at any place of outlet, providing as well contactless checkout. The platform combines software and hardware knowhow solutions.

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience working within Cloud-based/SaaS environments
• Experienced Golang/Node.js/Java/Python/C#/Scala programmer (GoLang
is preferred)
• Experienced working in a Docker/K8S environments
• Experience with Cloud services such as AWS/Google Cloud
• Experience with various relational and NoSQL databases, such as
MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, Cassandra, ScyllaDB and Big Query
• Good knowledge of OOP, design patterns, asynchronous programming,
microservices, concurrency, and transactions
• Experience with CI/CD, automated build and test frameworks
• Knowledge of real-time Pub/Sub protocols (MQTT , Google’s Pub/Sub ,
Kafka , RabbitMQ) is a plus
• Socially intelligent with excellent communication skills
• Degree educated (BA/BsC)

Key Responsibilities:
• Be involved in the development of a cutting-edge highly scaled
system for the retail world
• Design and implement full system architecture, ranging from proof of
concept to production
• Work together with the product team to ensure the system
architecture can sustain the system requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of designers, developers and
product managers
• Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future
• Define, consume and push data via RESTful API/Protobuf services
• Able to bring in and adapt to new technologies
• Stay up to date with current best practices
• Manage Continuous Delivery processes, including automated building,
testing and packaging processes
• Contribute to documentation (e.g. instructional & technical
specifications) as and where required
• Be ready to adapt to changes, after all we are a startup company
