Lead Test Automation Engineer (Python) (offline)

Job Summary
We are looking for someone to join our team to work on testing automation systems for devices. You will be assigned to a specific device family among our extensive volume of test devices to consistently support and raise the quality bar.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and engage a team of 3-5 firmware SDETs
- Plan and coordinate release automation activities and deliver test results at appropriate time and on schedule
- Participate in launch/status report meetings, represent Automation/SDET team and provide clear status/reports
- Plan feature test coverage activities, track coverage progress and provide clear weekly/monthly reports
- Participate in test-framework development and build the framework vision with other team leads

Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a team lead
- Product oriented mindset
- Strong python/Linux/git background
- Passion for testing and ensuring quality
-Advanced written and spoken English

Nice to have
- Passion for Hardware/IoT
- Experience with Raspberry/Arduino
- Experience with Wi-Fi, audio/video streaming
