Development Team Lead (.NET) (offline)

Our Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of C# (Core framework experience)
Hands-on experience with MVC, WebAPI, EF
Excellent programming skills: following clean, self-documenting code approaches, a thorough understanding of basic programming principles
5+ years of software development experience
2+ years of experience as a Technical Team Lead
Strong English both verbal and written

Will be an advantage:
Previous experience as a Scrum Master is a plus

Responsibilities:
Lead and train a development team that is working on the product as an independent unit
Design, develop and maintain software systems using C# and ASP.NET (MVC5) according to required specifications
Prioritize bug fixes and features going into minor releases, while balancing business value with engineering risk
Manage internal work procedures
Communicate timelines and changes
Manage all minor releases, hotfixes and accelerated development efforts
Provide status updates to senior management
Provide effort estimations for new feature requests to allow assessment of costs
Provide implementation scheduling, resolutions to technical issues and general advice as a technical consultant
Collaborate with other teams in development, QA, and product owners to improve the stability of the product
Understand the big business picture and incorporate it within the team’s work plan
