QA Lead (offline)

What's important:
● Strong 3+ years of commercial experience;
● Strong 3+ years of commercial experience;
● Experience in leading a team;
● 3+ years of experience in Manual software testing;
● Experience with Docker, MongoDB;
● Postman application experience;
● Upper-Intermediate English written/spoken.

Required skills:
● Web apps and API testing experience;
● Understanding REST principles;
● Practical experience in version control systems (Git);
● Good Knowledge of SDLC, STLC and Bug Life Cycle;
● Good understanding of differences/challenges between mobile app testing and web app testing;
● Expertise in preparing, reviewing and executing Test Cases based on Functional Requirements, Business Requirements and Use Case Documents;
● Expertise in different Bug Tracking Tools like Bugzilla or JIRA for executing test cases, defect tracking and status reporting;
● Ability to prioritize tasks, organize, negotiate, and make important decisions;
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:
● Knowledge of testing in Emulators (Firebase local emulator);
● Experience in Automation testing like Selenium, or Appium;
● Language: JavaScript;
● Page Object pattern;
● Frameworks: Mocha, Chai, Selenium, Protractor, Jasmine;
● Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
● Experience with Jira;
● Experience with amazon services;
● Experience with automated testing tools;
● Experience in FinTech (work with any kind of payments systems);
● Familiar with Crypto, understanding its principles;

Responsibilities:
● Set up smooth deployment process for multiple off-shore teams;
● Be responsible for the final quality of the multiple products (together with the product team);
● Manage UAT for the client’s partner teams.
