About the Role

Role Description 

We're looking for a competent, self-sufficient Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support the Global Server Support team across both the Modern Workplace (M365) and Azure cloud infrastructure estates. • Provide day-to-day operational support across Microsoft 365 and Azure, acting as an escalation point for incidents raised through the Global Service Desk in an ITIL-aligned environment.
